I stopped in to check out what they had to offer and treat my family with cupcakes. I must say these were the most delicious cupcakes my lips ever had the pleasure of tasting. My entire family loved the frosting! I had the vanilla cupcake and I have been thinking about it for a week now! My family does not usually enjoy icing , but because it was so light with the perfect amount of sugar and butter it just melted in your mouth.
We had the most delicious cake I’ve ever tasted in my life at our wedding. Both the sweet potato cake and the vanilla with pecan pie filling were absolutely incredible. We couldn’t stop eating it!
Drove about 30 minutes to try this place because word had reached my ears about the sweet potato cupcakes. Let me just say that the rep is well-earned! The French Toast cupcakes (French toast base with bacon sprinkles!!) are also intensely delicious. And don't get me started on the chocolate whoopie pies...the entire menu is definitely not conducive for anyone giving up goodies for Lent!
So disappointed. We were really excited to try the cupcakes. We attempted to get a cake and pies from Walmart on various occasions. For whatever reason, we never got those even though they were weeks before today. We have a disabled vet in the family who also went out in the cold for nothing.nWe saw this bakery allegedly said it was open, and had sweet potato cupcakes left. So, on we drove 20 miles to it. When we got to the plaza and saw no cars, we were hoping there were employees somewhere else. NOT the case.nI even got a text and many emails that the order would be ready in 5 minutes. Come to find out they’re quite closed both today and tomorrow.nSo now we wasted an hour and a half, and 20 miles to end up with no dessert. By the time we got back to our side of town, we missed kickoff and some of the football game. We were definitely looking forward to sweet potato and cookies and cream cupcakes.
Best desserts ever! Heather went above and beyond from our first wedding cake tasting to our big day. Truly a professional and talented woman! We are also so happy she is in her new location as well! If you need any kind of dessert for any event or just need something for that sweet tooth craving, then Bestow Baked Goods is the place for you!
