Unfortunately this location was not all that good! The lane was so long it was into the rd. They messed up our order- fortunately an employee was outside and was willing to go in so we didn't have to wait in that line again... got back on our way and took a sip of the coolatta we bought and it was so bad tasting I assume the forgot to put any of the sweet syrup into it at all!
Had a ice Carmel macchiato..... it was really good. Donuts where also really soft even if it after noon.
Horrible customer service. The drive thru always ask you to wait before taking your order. They move at glacial speed. Their attitude is indifferent at best and have several times forgotten part of my order. Only kept going because it's the closest to home but I am going elsewhere from now on.
I normally love this Dunkin’ but I went this morning an was very disappointed. I ordered a coffee and a sandwich. The coffee was basically water and my and which was burnt. I had to go home and pour out the coffee, I couldn’t even drink it. Hopefully it will get back to its normal quality soon.
A good location to meet for a coffee and chat. There are some outside chairs protected from rain.
