This guy is great at what he does, he made a toy box for my niece that is absolutely amazing. Would defiantly recommend.
Tried several times to get a vanity that we put a deposit on, and this guy keeps giving us the run around. He’s extremely difficult to communicate with and just ignores my messages. He told me the vanity was ready a month ago and even offered to deliver and just ghosted us after agreeing on a time. Been trying for weeks now. So frustrating! Do not do business with him!
We had a TERRIBLE experience with the overall quality and follow up and after multiple attempts trying to contact Charles to remedy issues with our custom vanity, he simply stopped responding and we are left with a non-functioning vanity. The wood warped, the drawers don’t close properly and the vanity doesn’t sit flush with the wall. We were initially encouraged by his response and willingness to come fix the issues, but he literally stopped responding. We also gave him the option to refund, which he hasn’t done. Two thumbs down.
Such an amazing work ethic 10/10 would buy from them again so finely crafted the wood was amazingly smooth compliments my living room wonderfully it goes great with my rustic decor very good prices, was extremely professional will reccomend
