We ordered Lancer from Wayside in Ohio in 2013. We moved to NC and needed furniture for a family room so we put our lancer furniture there and ordered Craftmaster. We paid so much more money for thenCraftmaster and it's junk. My lancer is still holding up beautifully. Now looking for someone who carries lancer brand.

I purchased a sofa sleeper, love seat and ottoman from this company. It arrived and immediately I could see problems with workmanship. Thankfully, I was working with a wonderful furniture store who came to look at my concerns and dealt with Lancer separately . After an attempt to fix the issues, but only making matters worse, they replaced the furniture.nIssues: material was frayingnThe back of both large pieces, had no backing so the material dimpled and hung funny.nThe bed in the sofa pretty much touched the floor causing scratches.nThe lines in the arms were crooked.nAfter the new furniture arrived it was much better, however not to the standard I would have expected for the money I paid. After just a few months, wear is already evident in how the cushions sit. Doesn’t give me hope for the life of this furniture. I expect that when I buy furniture, it will last at least a decade especially since I no longer have small children. I don’t see that being the case here.

I'd purchase from Lancer before anybody else ... wonderful group of people. Made in the U.S.A. A company that stayed in the U.S.A. and stayed mindful of providing jobs for a small town community that lost a lot of their factory jobs to overseas. They're committed to their work and I've had the pleasure of actually speaking to several employees who have been there for decades and wouldn't consider working anywhere else. That speaks volumes to me.
