Jake is the best! He was very patient with me the entire time! I couldn’t make up my mind on what to get. But he was there every step of the way to help me with my decision! He was very professional and he gave me his undivided attention! Give that man a raise. I can tell that he loves his job!
Roses Flooring and Furniture in Williamstown is definitely worth the drive. They have a nice assortment of area rugs and living room furniture. I was really pleased with the price and quality of my recent sofa purchase.

The saleman Jake really went out his way to make sure my husband and I got the perfect livingroom set he made some phone calls and boom another store had the other piece we needed .
I ordered 2 bed frames in March 2020. The young man that assisted me was named Jake. He was very kind and very helpful. The frames were in back order and he called several times to keep me up to date on when the items would be in. When I picked up the items he knew exactly who I was and what I was picking up after only meeting me once. I would like to commend Jake on his amazing customer service skills, professionalism and truly going above and beyond. I hope he is recognized for this and recommend if you need help in the furniture department please ask for Jake!
