I had both an infrared and salt room treatment today. The treatments were both great and this is a great place to get them done. Nina (I hope I remembered her name correctly)was very nice and gave me a lot of good information about the benefits of the treatments and was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and provided me a robe and towels to use while I was there. Highly recommended!!
The place is beautiful and spot less! I have tried both the salt room and infrared sauna. Love them both! The service there is professional and yet personal! I HIGHLY recommend Arden Salt Room and Sauna!
This is a wonderful yet healthy experience for both me and my children! They love going and the people are so nice to them. Highly recommend the salt room.
This was my first visit to do the sauna and the salt room, so I can't speak to the efficacy of the treatments yet, but the place is clean, spa like and had knowledgeable staff. I enjoyed both treatments very much. I will definitely be booking more in the future.
Amazing place, amazing owners, amazing experience! Hands down I would recommend it to anyone! It is beyond relaxing....my quiet time to get away. I enjoy every moment of it! Thank you!
