Such a fantastic experience at this t-mobile! It was so easy. Fast. Friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this spot. I am PICKY about customer service and this place was THE BEST !
Patty was so helpful and really took the time to help me find the perfect phone and plan for me. I’ve had Verizon for 15 years and I never had customer service like that. She went above and beyond to help me, I’ve already told my friends and family to switch to T-Mobile.
Best T-Mobile store in the valley because of Fernando! He's super knowledgeable and friendly. He always resolves my issues and handles everything professionally.
Fernando and Victoria were so helpful when I dropped by T-Mobile for a few questions on my account and a new phone. My wife usually handles our phone plan, but I had some questions on a used phone I bought. Fernando helped me to swap my SIM with the phone and confirmed everything was fine. He also talked me through extra steps I'd need to back it all up on my new phone. Victoria was great at describing the additional options on the new iPhones. She also helped me understand the options with our phone plan, which, like I said, my wife usually covers for us. Overall, a really great experience with both Fernando and Victoria.
The attention was amazing! Tory and Patty helped me with the best attitude in the world! So patients. Even when I was already frustrated because the issue with my phone, they fixed my problem.
Go there and tell them your TMobile issue, they will try their best!
