Young man was helpful after he came out of the back area. I believe these young people are just not always willing to take the time to really help a customer, they seem too busy with whatever else they are doing. Never thanked me for being a long time valued customer.

I though my phone was faulty but it wasn't. Metro did an update and the lady at Metro, named Cielo, was a sweetheart and showed me how to use the update. She had great Customer Srom ervice Skills and was very kind. Thank you Cielo, from Fernando Gonzalez.
They tried to charge me way more than they were suppose to and they were kinda rude when I tried to explain what they were saying was not the case. So I left and drove a quarter mile up the road to the other MetroPCS and they knew what they were doing. If you are going to a MetroPCS in the area don't go to this location, go to the one down the road right past 7200 and they will treat you sooo much better.
