Would not recommend after waiting thirty minutes in the drive through. I get handed my latte that is super white and definitely shouldn’t be almost milky color. I asked if they are sure they put espresso in because I’ve never had one that white. They then try to tell me how it’s made that it uses milk. Which I already know seeing as I get a latte everyday from the Huntersville store. I will never return to this one or recommend to anyone. I was told my drink was fine and sent on my way. What a waste of $5 for milk. The last I checked with managers it was three espresso shots in a large so there’s no reason for it to look and taste like straight milk. I don’t understand why I was told I (the customer) was wrong by two associates that my latte indeed had espresso when it definitely does not. Worst customer service. What I was given vs what it should look similar too.

I hope management see my comment.. Denver Dunkin Doughnuts is an absolute EMBARRASSMENT to the Dunkin company! 99% of the time the drinks are never right! My lattes are milk. I have to pay an extra dollar for an extra espresso shot that was supposed to be in my latte in the first place. Coffee is almost always weak! I had to wait 30-45 minutes for my drinks. Granted this Dunkin didn’t have a lot of employees to make drinks. The employees that are there always look new and have seemingly no idea what they are doing. Management seems clueless to how bad the service is here. Step it up Dunkin! This is awful!

One of the worst establishments in Denver. Another restaurant really needs to come in and offer another option from this awful place. Drive thru is always a half hour wait, order is never correct when you get home, so you get screwed and don’t get what you paid. Avoid this place at all costs if you can.

Usually great service, but the really old grumpy lady on drive through is worth avoiding. If she messes up- sorry WHEN she messes up- she likes to make the customer feel at fault.
