After a nearly 20-year-long dream of owning my own acoustic baby grand piano, I recently purchased a Boston from this wonderful store. The employees took great care of us, and in many cases went above and beyond to make sure we got the best treatment possible. We are all the way out in Cache Valley. Once we settled on a piano, they did everything they could to get our piano to us as quickly as possible, which was very appreciated. After going through the fun but exhausting process of visiting about 7 piano stores, the services they offered here were, hands down, the best between them all (and their instruments too, of course)! Our new instrument is so beautiful in our home, has an amazing action, and a beautiful, rich tone. We are also enjoying the electronic features that were added, and my kids are finding learning piano more fun. I highly recommend this store for any serious pianist out there!

I had an amazing experience! I wanted to get a digital piano that would connect to my computer so I could record music. Not only did Kerwin help with the piano, he taught me about different programs to help me accomplish my goal. He is very knowledgeable and spent time helping me achieve my goal instead of just selling me a piano. I will come back to Daynes for my future piano needs.

Beautiful store, great employees, and of course Steinway pianos are the best! They have a great selection of piano music. The recital Hall is a perfect place for your studio piano recitals. And they always decorate it so nicely for Christmas.

I was here about a week ago or so and had an absolutely amazing experience. All of the staff were courteous and knowledgeable and were considerate of the budget that I was working with. They were able to tell me everything I wanted to know about every piano that I touched. No question that if I'm ever need something to do with music, this is where I will go first.
