We had to buy a new mattress unexpectedly without having time to really shop around! Previously we had bought our mattresses from Big lots. We went back but in the store I just didn’t feel comfortable. We went down to Mattress Firm just to see what they and man they didn’t disappoint. The moment we walked in the door Tony made us feel like we were his friends! He interacted with my 15 month old son and immediately got to work helping us. There was no pressure to start at the most expensive thing in the store, he showed us a couple options and we were out of the store in 20 minutes! He was very kind and knowledgeable and we definitely will recommend him to everyone! Thank you Tony for helping save the day last minute! We appreciate you so much!

I ordered a mattress online. Due to COVID I was not comfortable going into a store so I read reviews and selected a mattress I thought would fit our needs. After the 21 day comfort time we found that the mattress was not a match for us unfortunately. I sent an email for assistance online as that is how I ordered it and received the worst service. I was unable to speak with anyone and no one would return my call. I spoke with Collin , manager of the Smithfield and Garner offices, who heard my complaints, listened, and most importantly helped me! I am now the most satisfied customer ever. The pandemic has caused a lot of issues but if you are in need of a mattress still reach out local. Online customer service for something so expensive is not worth the madness. Thanks Collin for being AWESOME and making this customers day. I have worked in customer service for over 25 years and he did everything right to fix the issue!!

Tony was helpful and knowledgeable, he directed me to the area I needed to go. I was in and out! The pickup was hassle free and efficient!
