I will so shop here again!!! Amanda and Arturo were amazing!!! Got the most amazing deal on a 3-piece sectional and a queen mattress and box spring!! They helped and worked with us and were very knowledgeable about there products. Felt bad for them bc it has only been them two working everyday all day!
Bought a mattress recently,the employee Arturo helped us with everything,he was very professional,showed us all our options budget wise, He knows how to answer your needs and was very knowledgeable about the merchandise.nHe's also Bilingual which is super helpful.nDefinitely an improvement in costumer service.

I was in the store today and when I was leaving the associate asked me for a review so here it is :nnStore was clean and everything was price right . The associate Wesley helped me and my wife find a fridge for our new house . Even though it was on back order he explained that it would be in in about a month , he explained that Badcock was actually the only furniture company in the industry that was this close on back orders , other companies are atleast 3 - 4 months out .nWonderful customer service ! If you are looking for something for your house go see Wesley at Badcock Selma !
I came in this morning to purchase a deep freezer and left with a deep freezer and a smile on face, thank you SO much Wesley!nNot only did he help me find the one that was appropriate for the size but he also set me up with a protection plan in case anything went wrong!! Thank you Wesley!!
