Exceptional service!!! We came at 8pm on a Saturday night, and Suzette helped us diagnose the issue, brainstormed solutions, and walked us through a repair. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Wish I could give more than 5 stars - she really saved our bacon getting our trailer lights working so we could make a longer drive that evening.

I came in for a new battery and they quickly switched out my old one. Sam proactively offered to use the battery cleaning kit on my battery that I had purchased. He also gave me good tips on maintenance for the battery. Getting it was quick and saved me the time to switch it out myself at home and return the old battery.

Waited in line for 15 minutes while 2 checkers attempted to help a couple of problem customers... Other customers backed up 4 deep. 2 employees wandering around in the back.... One checker grumbling "take some of these customers with you" to the delivery guy. Why do I always have trouble with this location? Management, maybe? I walked out. Again.
