I called mattress firm with a lot of questions. I spoke with Raphiel who was ready to help me. After he presented me with the amount of options I had available I drove down to look and try out mattresses.He must have showed me and my girlfriend 10 different mattresses. He was patient and knowledgeable and helped us decide on our new bed by listening to our needs.The level of customer service we received was amazing.Definitely will be a repeat customer.We are getting our new bed Thursday and we can’t wait.

April is AMAZING!!! This is our second mattress and frame from here.. We won’t go anywhere else. The quality of costumer service that we receive is excellent! The product is superb as well. April knows her products and goes above and beyond to get you into the right bed at a great price!!!

Nick greeted as we came in and stayed with us the whole time. He answered all our questions and gave helpful advice. We never felt rushed or pressured. It was a good experience and I would definitely recommend Nick and Mattress Firm!!

I am so glad that we chose to work with April at Mattress Firm in Hendersonville. She is courteous, helpful, and has a great personality. We came to her with something in mind but she helped us find a better product at our price point that we didn’t even look onto without her help! Anytime we need a mattress we will come to her for help. If you want personal, and professional experience, look no further!

I stopped by this wednesday to check out some posturepedic mattresses and was greeted by April. She was very thorough in showing several options at different price points. She even had Rafael? help her bring a mattress from storage into the main floor so I could try it. April and her co-workers Rafael-I think-, and the red headed lady (sorry I forgot your name) were all very helpful and accommodating and were absolutely a pleasure to deal with. I left after buying a better extra-firm mattress than what I had come looking for.
