Best experience ever! New floors are beautiful! Everything happened as promised. Loved working with Flooring America and Jimmy’s crew, who did the install. Everyone was wonderful to work with. I couldn’t be more grateful and happy with the whole experience! I highly recommend Flooring America to everyone!
Jason was very knowledgeable about the carpets and helped up pick out the right one for teens and dogs! It changed the whole feel of our house. Te staff was helpful and the installers fast and clean. Overall a great experience.
From the minute we walked in the showroom we were treated like family. Deitra is an amazing sales rep with a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend Flooring America to anyone in the Western side of NC.
We purchased area rug pads which were custom cut for us. There were several that we required. We were a drop-in customer and they were able to cut them all for us within 24 hours. That is very reasonable. EEs wore masks, store was clean with many offerings, and salesfolk were polite and knowledgeable. Give them a visit.
Very happy with the selection, assistance and installation. Fair price, too. I can highly recommend Flooring America!
