Jay seems like a very busy guy, I think that can be a good and a bad thing. I wish there was better communication on what to expect. I wasn’t expecting someone else to do my flooring I thought it would be him. It was shocking to open the door in the morning to a stranger with a language barrier. Juan did an amazing job, he was friendly and hardworking! I appreciated all he did! As much as the process at the beginning was chaotic and a little stressful. I do really love the results and would recommend, even though I think the company needs to work on communication.

Not only did they arrive late most days but they also only had 1 person show up to recarpet an entire home. We had to help him move carpet and carry it in the house. We had to move a huge roll out of his van which caused me to tear a muscle in my arm. Then they damaged several things and put a few holes in the wall. We asked for some money for damages and he put a lein on our home after he had cashed our check for the full price. Not an honest person. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Let me start by saying, I love my new carpet. The quality we got for the price is unbeatable. Jay came out and showed me samples and provided me with a quote. He was patient while I was getting some more quotes, but his price couldn’t be beat. I will be honest and say it’s frustrated me that my installer was 3 hours late but he did show up and complete the job, on the day it was supposed to be done, albeit leaving at 9:30pm. The installer was extremely nice and did an amazing job on the install, even helping me move a mattress from one room to another after he finished. Over all, I would recommend them and would certainly hire them again.

Great product at a great price. When our installers showed up the first day it was pouring down rain so they rescheduled. A day or so later they came back out but the wrong padding was delivered. We called Jay and he rescheduled us again the next day knowing we had to have it done by a certain date. It was a little stressful with our deadline but Jay worked it out and we love our carpet!

Jay did an amazing job on our carpet. We had him put in carpet on our upstairs last year and he just installed our downstairs carpet today. He was so nice and courteous and so easy to work with. I would highly recommend him for doing any of my friends or loved ones flooring. He was so affordable too.
