Spent a half an hour in the drive through waiting to order than waiting to pick up order. The woman taking orders should probably be in the back of the house as she is rude and has zero skills to work with the public. People were pulling out of the drive through line as it was taking forever. Do not recommend.

Went through the drive through. I had written down our order for my husband to read to them. He read them our order. They were out if orange juice and apple juice. They did not repeat our order back to us. We then waited 45 minutes to get to the window. Got to the window and half of our order was missing. The woman with long braids told us we didn’t order those things and if we wanted them, we would have to drive our car around and wait in line again. I know we ordered them because my husband read our order from a written list. We then pulled away, parked and put in a mobile order for all of our missing items. One item was a cresant sandwich with no egg. (Food allergy situation) We went inside and waited another 30 minutes for our order for them to tell us they were out of cresants. My husband told them to put the sandwich on bread. Got back out to the car, they had put egg on the sandwich and the cheese was missing. My husbands bagel had the tiniest, barely visible amount of cream cheese on it. Another item was a headlight donut, they didn’t know what a headlight was. At this point we had dealt with them for an hour and 15 minutes and were just done. What a huge frustration. We will not return.

All 4 hash browns in our order were burnt. Told them they forgot a sandwich in our order which they quickly denied. They eventually gave us a sandwich BUT it was the wrong one!

Coffee is always water down and way too much ice. Last couple of visits, they were out of the most popular donuts; even the glazed. I would assume it's common sense to have enough donuts to last especially on a weekend day.

Only giving this a two star because the doughnuts and coffee was good. But their customer service is horrible. They need better employees. They both forgot that both me and my wife in seperate instances were at the window. They had an attitude each time I went. Their toaster oven was broke. My drink was done, saw it on the counter, it was the only thing I was waiting for....ended up waiting 25 minutes. The training here must if been rushed. I rather just go to the dunkin in Halifax an exit up.
