Firstly, they were not so truthful on the quote they gave me.
Secondly, the 2-week time frame they gave me was actually 3 and a half months. For 2 small seats.
During this entire time, I never heard from them, not once. No update, no explanation. They never came in contact with me through the whole time of them having my seats.
And when I finally got them back, I found that they didn't clean the seats before giving them back to me. And on top of that the quality was not perfect.
So given the price, the dishonest business, and the lack of quality, I am not impressed.
Oh, and they didnt wear masks during their business hours.
Dave and his team did an absolutely awesome job on removing and reattaching the leather headliner on my Bentley. I'm very detailed about my car and I can't praise Dave enough. He gets 5 stars in all categories: Quality, Value, Professional, and Responsive. Thanks Dave!
Dave at Topskins did an amazing job fixing my seat. It literally looks brand new and like nothing ever happened to it. I will refer anyone who needs any upholstery needs to Topskins.
Car looks great. Very happy with the service.
