These guys were SUPER quick and easy to work with! Our forklift seat was torn and needed to be reupholstered quickly (it is hard to run a business without a seat in your forklift!)
Dave could sense the urgency and got our seat fixed right up for us at a great price. I couldn't be happier, I will be sending my friends here!
We went to Brian to have 2 wing back chairs reupholstered and a lard wing back and ottoman done. The fabric selection was great. We used plaid on the set of two and the way they were done was beautiful. A great match. I will be honest. the big wing back and ottoman is nicer than when we bought it 15 years ago from Ethan Allen. I am so happy we went to Sofa Biz. By the way, I am picky.......
You're not gonna get RC Willey prices here. What you will find is quality service and quality products with an endless amount of options.. If you're planning to go here, make sure you ask for Dave.
Well, I wished I had found someone else to re-upholster our kitchen stools. We have waited three weeks, paid half in advance, and was told our 4 stools would be delivered to us today. We've waited all day, we called twice to confirm they would be here, but they were never delivered. With the fabric being on sale at 72% off, it was still over $700.00 to re-upholster our 4 kitchen stools. I'm so disappointed. I can't tell you about their quality because I can't get my stools to do a full review. So far, I would not suggest this company.
