Worst Customer Service Experience of all time‼ufe0fTwo months later and I’m still waiting on the rest of my set! My bed arrived damaged (with scratches) and pieces of my carpet were drilled into the sides of the bed. Instead of them picking the furniture back up, I was told I had to return the furniture myself(although he wasn’t technically supposed to take it back because of COVID; but he’d still sell it bc it’s a popular set.) Now its two months later and I still don’t know when my dresser will arrive. Skip this place!!!
A wonderful experience all around. We had the best saleswoman who was very knowledgeable and patient. The delivery guys were nice and careful not to scratch our floors and furniture. They placed felt pads on our furniture and carefully assembled. I will definitely buy all my furniture from now on at Furniture World! Awesome customer service!
This place is awesome! I purchased from them when they first got started, they've grown a lot since.Anyway they have beautiful pieces throughout the store. The customer service is great they always try to accommodate you on delivery, ordering as well as prices. They know ill be back. My son is very pleased with his bedroom set all 5 pieces for $799 can't beat it.
