I wanted a small ceiling light for my bedroom with lots of bling. They didn't have what I wanted in the showroom so they helped me look at some catalogs where I found one I really liked. They had a large version of it in the showroom so I could easily see what it would look like. They ordered it for me & it was sent to my house in just a few days. It's perfect!! The sales people were great. Friendly, very helpful, not at all pushy, patient. I checked online to price compare, but didn't find a lower price. I decided to go with Butler to support a local small business & they gave me a discount! In every way, a great experience!!

For the size of the showroom, they had a lot to look at. Great selection of l.e.d. bulbs and knowledgeable staff. I really like that they are local. The chandelier we purchased is beautiful. Very good experience and we will be back!! I have been to the High Point and Greensboro locations and both have great selections.
The art of customer service is still going strong here! They have always been good to visit and have helped me with some very challenging projects.
