The two guys that delivered my new bed were so great. They were very patience letting my husband vacuum before putting the new bed down. My husband said they had a lot of personality. He was very impressed and so am i.
Mattress Firm was really easy to work with in purchasing a mattress. No pressure was given to me. CariAnn was patient and helpful to me on deciding what mattress to purchase. She let me know the discounts so I could save money. Very nice and professional of her. I also purchased The Gold Service (Delivery/Haul Away) which seemed reasonable. Thank you for a smooth shopping experience for me.
After doing our research we chose Mattress Firm for the best price and finance options. We worked with Chuck Lindsey from decision making to final purchase. Chuck is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Should the need arise we will definitely work with Chuck at Mattress Firm in the future. All in all we were completely satisfied with every facet of our purchase experience.
I really shouldn’t even give this company a star but the last representative I talked to probably helped me out the most so it’s for his sake. There has been no communication besides initial order confirmation. When only one item arrived, I had to chase someone down online and it took me 6 chats in two days, just to be told the vendor needed to be contacted And “end chat”. After that I drove to a store just to be told that I have to wait 2 more days before they could do anything. I go back and another rep says they’ll look into it and call me back. And no surprise there was once again nothing communicated or even done for me. I went back after a few more days and my information was still laying out on the desk untouched. I told this rep my situation for the 4th time and they refunded and then got me a cheaper and similar mattress(thank you. The most help I’ve had). I’m not waiting for the refunded amount i am due from the company and still not much communication. I won’t ever do business with this company EVER AGAIN. Waste of time, money, and effort to try and give myself a good experience with mattress firm.
The salesperson was wonderful. She provided me with good information and I was able to make a sound decision. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience without any hassle.
