I have to give this company a 5 star, because of their Awesome Customer Service, before I received my order, one of my items was damaged, evidently Kimbees was made aware and immediately hand delivered a replacement, which I received before the original order was delivered. I think that is Awesome, not having to go through contacting the company and waiting for a replacement item saved me time and energy. Loved that. Nevermind, the fact that my Peach Mango Green Tea and Exotic Blend Coffee is so good. KIMBEES Tea & Coffee is worth a try.

Excellent!!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone! Food is deliciously prepared in a timely fashion with superb customer service. The layout of this small restaurant is a cozy, warm design with a pleasantly inviting atmosphere beneficial to anyone looking to unwind. They have an assortment of coffee and teas I'm sure anyone would enjoy. Don't just take my word for it, see for yourselves!!! God bless!

The male owner of this company is so unprofessional, I purchased a box of tea and in the process of purchasing the tea, he came onto me and asked me to send inappropriate pictures, he even sent demanding text messages asking for these pictures. Your suppose to be selling tea not demanding inappropriate picturesnI asked for a refund back because I didn't like the tea and had to trash the tea... Well it's been about week now and I have yet to reemy refund. This is how this owner talk to customers........ I'm meeting him at 5pm to give him his phone. I didn't know he had a crazy ex.... I'm not even an ex, I don't even know this man but this is the response I get when trying to get a refund
