Always out of what you order but don't tell you until they've taken your money and you've waited 10 minutes. The customer service is spotty. One day you get a nice person, the next, RUDE!! I don't think it works well in this location. Most folks going in only have 30 minutes for lunch and you are going to wait roughly half of that for a small, simple order. Sorry but...service could and should be much better.
Briana is AMAZING! She is most courteous, nice, polite, and sweet employee at this location. Her customer service is superb. She always gets my order right and always asks for my rewards number. Thank you Briana!
I ordered the teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl for $11.73 to only get the amount not advertised and when I asked was this the amount of food giving for this meal the cashier said YES.. it was good, but unfortunately I will not be ordering this item again. Def not enough food for the price I had more bowl than the food inside the bowl!
Went several times due to being in the hospital. Staff was rude and orders were wrong. Witnessed other customers frustrated and walking off without ordering due to employees attitude and their lack of wanting to provide good customer service. How this restaurant is still in business is unbelievable.
Today's service was great but have had several issues lately
