Overall I'm a very satisfied customer. I replaced 3 different carpet types in my finished basement, which was about 118 sq-yds of carpet. The baseboards where installed incorrectly so I pulled everything up so the installers could install the carpet to the walls properly, then I installed new baseboards. It looks great. Ogden could have done the baseboards but the cost shot up, but they were very helpful in buying and delivering new baseboards at a very reduced cost. The carpet installer did excellent work too with the minor exception that I missed one short 4" baseboard in the back wall of a closet and they just laid down the carpet instead of letting me know. I would have taken that short baseboard up like the all the other walls, but they did not bother to let me know as I was walking around in the area or a quick "hey you" anytime they came upstairs. I was a little annoyed about that and it's unlikely that gap will ever be noticed. When the carpet installers arrived, they did not have any baseboards with them, and after a quick call to their warehouse, they figured out the mistake and ran the baseboards over a few hours later. How people and organizations behave when mistakes are made or face some adversity shows their character. It's also a crazy year so I'm going to allow a little slack. In the end, they were all super nice people, helpful and the carpet looks great.

Brent was fantastically knowledgeable about all products he showed us. He customized our needs perfectly and exceeded our expectations as first time carpet buyers. The rest of the staff was extremely kind and offered refreshments while we did paper work. They maintained COVID 19 guidelines with everyone wearing a masking and keeping their distance. We will be going back for all of our carpet needs.

Brent Pimper was so great to work with! He's very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He was patient in answering our many questions and responded in a timely manner. Great selection at a few different price points- it was helpful to have real options without having to spend a ton of money. The installers were fabulous! Helped problem solve a couple issues in our old house, went the extra mile, and did it all cheerfully. We love the way our new carpet looks and feels, so glad we went with Ogden.

Sales agents were knowledgeable with what I was looking for, they gave me great options, they were not pushy, which is a big selling point for me, thier installer did a great job and actually showed up earlier, which made it better for me, as I had lots to do that day. Definitely recommend them.
