There are a lot of mattress stores out there and after visiting several others we decided to make our purchase with this location mainly because of the great customer service that we received. The free adjustable platform frame was a nice incentive along with a coupon for $100 off. Good job Mattress Firm!
First time customer. Michelle was friendly, efficient, and worked wonders for us getting delivery to another state in a very short time frame. Love the mattress, and her customer service is excellent. When it was delivered and the bed was too high, she worked wonders and got the lower profile delivered quickly as we had a very tight window. Very satisfied customer!
