Great Customer Service!! Terrance and Craig helped my mom and I while we were in the store looking for home decor! I couldn’t decide on a desk so Craig went out of his way to bring me a chair to sit at one to make sure I could use it as a desk (it was originally a console table) Terrance was very informative and helpful the whole time we were shopping! It was close to closing time on Labor Day but yet they were both still very polite, enthusiastic, and patient with my mom and I ( we tend to take forever shopping and making decisions lol). I ended up getting the console table because it was a perfect fit for what I was looking for and my mom finally found pillows she was looking for after going to many stores before and not settling on any. My mom and I both left super happy because we finally found items that fit our decorative needs thanks to these two helpful associates!! Thank you Kirklands and thank you Terrance & Craig for your great customer service!!!
The young man carried my mirror out to the car for me!! The mirror is a high quality piece with a low price that Kirklands is known to offer.

I enjoy going in Kirkland, but can't stay long. The smell goods are TOO strong, especially near the register. Needless to say, I purchase very little because I can't stay inside too long.
