Amazing service from start to finish! Mr. Moore greeted us with a smile at the door and was so kind and patient with us. He didn’t hover like some salesmen do! He let us stroll the store and find just what we were looking for. He found us shortly after we found what we needed and helped us get the best deal possible from the floor model that my son had to have. We set up a pickup time and my Husband went back to pick it up. The one thing I would change is, when he arrived at our designated time, the furniture was not taken apart like planned so it could fit in our van. They had to rush and take it apart while my Husband waited for that. Not a super huge deal at all, really. Overall we’re super happy with our service and our purchase! Can’t wait to go back and get the next piece for our home soon.nnWe also really appreciated the sweet hand written thank you note from Mr. Moore. That was a really great (PERSONALIZED TO OUR STORY) touch to the whole process.

Great selection, and wonderful service.nnMy wife and I purchased a dinning room table from Bullard. When we got the table set up there was unfortunately a large scratch. I called them up explained it, and without even questioning me I had a replacement delivery set up for that week. The service here is unbeatable.

Great furniture! Went to get new chest and maybe new end tables for bed. Got a great price on a whole bedroom suite! So excited about it!

Fantastic Furniture store! After being strung along for months by another store, Bullard helped us get our new living room set in the same week. They have their own warehouse, and customer service is great! Special thanks to Frank, who even sent us a nice card after our stuff was delivered!

Love the friendly customer service and the willingness to go above and beyond! Since 2001, we have purchased our furniture at Bullards due to the outstanding people that work there. This time we were looking for a set of living chairs. Even though the store was closing shortly, the salesman, Tim Carter, opened the door with a smile and treated us like he had all the time in the world to help us pick some out. He was so personable and helpful that we ended up purchasing three chairs! The paperwork was a breeze with Dixie’s efficiency and cheerful attitude. I absolutely would recommend Bullard to anyone as their 1st Stop when furniture shopping.
