I would go into the entire story but that would take all day. In a nutshell, we had a problem! My husband wrote a review about it and how deeply unsatisfied we were. We received a call after our review from a very soft spoken young woman named Anny. She sincerely apologized for all that happened, and worked endlessly to make it right with my husband and I. I will admit that in the beginning I was so disgusted I wasn't exactly pleasant but Anny never gave up. She called us even with the bad news but her friendliness and dedication to making it right restored our faith in the business. She contacted us via text messages and phone calls weekly until the situation was rectified. I have NEVER experienced customer service with that degree of professionalism and dedication. I was ready to take my business elsewhere and had vowed to NEVER shop there again and tell all of my colleagues to steer clear of this place...BUT Anny...( I mention her specifically because she worked with us). Even with the experience we had the service we received made us WANT to do business with them and I have chosen to shop there again very soon for my newly remodeled den. Thank You Anny for going the extra mile! We appreciate you and admire how you made sure the company you work for shined. You won't be disappointed shopping here!

Martin took care of us. We got a living room set within a week delivered to our house. The next day we decided we didn't like the recliner. That was no problem for Martin. He is taking care of us with an exchange! Thanks Martin for making this such an easy and friendly transaction!

The staff was so friendly. Everybody I dealt with was kind and never pushy. We had to wait longer than expected for our furniture, due to the manufacturer, and we received phone calls to update us on the status as soon as they had more information. They had wonderful prices and so many options. I will absolutely be going back to them when I need more furniture.

Very friendly, helpful and professional. Samantha has been very helpful, and the men who delivered my sofa had it in the house and set up in no time at all! I am a happy repeat customer!

FFG is the best furniture store hands down. I went in a few weeks ago just to look I never knew this place was here. Anna greeted me and was very helpful. This place has the BEST customer service. I was able to order furniture, but unfortunately circumstances in life changed and I was no longer in need of the furniture. I was very upset with my situation but was able to go in and talk to the manager. He was able to refund my money and I was so grateful for the grace they extended me. Please check out FFG you will not be disappointed!
