This store has excellent customer service. They greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me find the mattress I was looking for in the perfect price range in a matter of minutes. Jessica, my sales associate, was extremely knowledgable about the inventory and she was able to schedule my delivery for the next day. I would definitely recommend purchasing your next mattress from Mattress Firm.nnUPDATE: Two years later and it's time for me to buy a mattress for the beds in my other bedrooms, so I'm returning to Mattress Firm. This time I was helped by Dale, and the process couldn't have been smoother! Dale helped me to find the perfect mattresses for my guest bedrooms. He was friendly and knowledgeable and he worked quickly to help me find what I needed. I highly recommend this store!
My husband and I stopped in to look for 2 queen mattresses, one for our bed and one for our daughter’s bed. We were greeted by two associates who were friendly from the very beginning. They were so helpful and made our shopping experience super easy. They also worked hard to get us the best price for our mattresses. If I need to purchase anymore mattresses in the future I will definitely return to Mattress Firm.
Went into mattress firm today. Was welcomed immediately by staff. Jessica was awesome!!! She was so patient with me while I tried out mattresses and got a feel for what I liked. She was so informative about all my options. Super nice. I ended up getting a purple mattress thanks to her. So happy with my choice!
My husband and I recently decided to take the plunge and invest in a good quality mattress. Walking into the store we had no idea what wanted, but Allyson immediately greeted us with a very warm welcome and walked us through every step of the way. She was very patient with us as we asked way too many questions and tried out numerous beds and fancy pillows. Our mattress was delivered after four days and then the following week we received our mattress protector and pillow that we had bought. We couldn’t be happier and if you’re looking for a mattress I highly recommend going to see Allyson. She truly did an amazing job.
Walked in just looking for a Mattress but Employee Chris went above and beyond expectations. He was so extremely helpful and not pushy what so ever. First thing he asked was our budget, which he was very respectful of. He showed us many mattresses all within range, including all the qualities we asked for, while still allowing us to look around and try everything we wanted (in the end his recommendations were better than anything we tried ourselves)nHe made the buying process simple and quick! Once we decided to buy one we were out the door within 10 minutes, and not because we were rushed!! He took the time to answer any questions we had, making this the best buying experience we have ever had ! Would recommend this store to anyone new to buying a bed and or shopping for a mattress in general. Pain free buying experience for a high quality mattress! Can not wait to lay in our new bed!
