Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Delivery men always polite. They respect your belongings and use proper care so no damage is done.
I appreciated the help of the customer service reps at the store, but even more so, the movers who dropped off the furniture. Jerry and Emmanuel did a great job, very friendly and even helped set up my barstools that were not delivered by them.
Tonia was amazing! This is my first time purchasing my own furniture and it was the best experience. The staff was very friendly and Tonia was very patient with me and made my purchase very easy with financing. She made sure I understood everything and even made sure all of my items would be delivered on the same day so nothing would be delayed. I am very pleased and looking forward to receiving my furniture this Friday. Thanks Badcock
I ordered a living set and bed set on the 20th of November. December 4th they delivered my furniture the only problem was that they did not finish putting my bed together because the legs were not in the box. In the meantime I am currently sleeping on the floor with my headboard leaning on one rail and the footboard detached leaning against the wall. I do not recommend this store due to their lack to accommodate. I WILL UPDATE.
Such a wonderful place to purchase items. Everything is staged so we'll. Staff is superb, process and very courteous!
