Update 1: from 5 to 2, why? Don't have time now, but I will explain directly to the owners!nnUpdate 2: Because I don't like to confront people due to my attitude issues, I will vent my concern now without directly talking to owners.nnIf you know the lunch came out bland with dry meat (purple chinese rice with dry meat), do not serve it. I told your server and supervisor, and they admitted the food came out bad, but they decided to ignore my complain. No refund or even a small coffee was offered as a courtesy and respect. I am not here to tell you how to run your business, but rewarding your customers is a good business practice when the services and goods are not up to standard. As Christians, you should know better! I know this is a small mistake because I can tell you all are good people, but as a steady customer (used to be before the incident), I was disrespected! Nonetheless, we all make mistakes!
Good food
Always is a pleasure visiting the bakery not only for the great comfort food but also for the excellent customer service. They treat you like part of the family. God bless you all guys.

This is a little hole in the wall Puerto Rican bakery. Everything is made from scratch, daily. They have a huge menu from breakfast sandwiches and delights down to grilled lunches and desserts!
