Employees are super lazy roll they eyes everytime new ppl come to order they move super slow one taking orders one making orders and one chatting with the mall security told me 15 mins for mini pretzel bites I sat and waited 15 mins even tho when I walked up they were sitting down she could have easily made them instead I had to wait an additional 10 min for pretzel dogs
Everytime I eat at this Auntie Anne's the bites are hard. And when I would try to request some fresh ones the employees are to lazy to make a new fresh batch . Instead just give me a new cup that are still equally hard. Try another pretzel place in the mall.
Always great service. Excellent pretzels in any form or shape from here and any location.
I purchased the mini pretzel dogs and had to wait 22 minutes. While waiting noticed the employee preparing my order stopped and went to blow/wipe her nose and did not wash her hands before returning to bag my mini pretzel dogs. I requested a refund and did not purchase from this location.
Terrible service. Employee told us that since she only had one original pretzel, it would take at least 10 minutes to make another one. The other employee was standing at the counter on her cell phone.
