They always close early. Why post your hours online and on physical signs outside the shop if you won’t adhere to them? If you want to close earlier that’s fine just change the hours on the website. I never know when I can get cookies because they close the shop whenever they feel like it.

We get all of birthday cakes from Great American cookies its a family tradition they have closed all the locations near use but its well worth the drive ud83dude97

It is not allowing me to leave a photo of the cookie cake we received today. I have been getting cookie cakes for my kids birthdays a few times a year for the last 16 years. I have always been satisfied until today. I truly have never even seen one as bad as this one. The time to pickup was 1pm and I had received a call a 10:30 am to confirm details and was told she was starting on the cookie cake. I waited until after 1:30 until she was finished. I was so shocked by what I had recieved and had no time to wait for another to be made as my kids would be home from school by 2:30. They did give me cookies to make up for it so I was at least happy about that. I don't know what could have possibly happened to this cookie cake, I am thinking the girl making it had to have been new.nnEDIT- The manager reached out and was the kindest women! She made everything right and we are very appreciative of her. Thank you, we will see you in June.

The past few times I've come there is a guy working alone. He had no cookies made and he looks as if he's closing early. The hours say they close at 8pm on Saturday but there aren't cookies at 6pm.

They always have good cookies. Only gave them 4 stars because they are super slow sometimes
