Pretty cool atmosphere
Went for ice cream and was so disappointed with how the woman made my ice cream. I order signature creation and didn't even get a reasonable amount of toppings in my cream. Also she was pretty rude to the person in front of me. But later apologized. Get it together Coldstone.
I was there 30 min before closing and the store was very busy. Because of the six feet rule going on right now I had to wait outside. Once I got inside I could tell how unorganized it was and a family a five just standing there in the same spot for about five minute then one of the employees asked me to step back outside once I had already been outside and waited for people to come out. The way this store was run tonight was very unprofessional and not a way a business should be ran. It was very unorganized and the workers did not look like they had any urgency to help any of the customers waiting in line nor trying to get people out of the store fast enough. I will no longer be giving them my service due to how I was treated.
We went to this location after our toddler's dental surgery. The two young ladies in there were both absolutely helpful for our situation. Our son has a peanut allergy, plus needed soft ice cream. They had just made some cotton candy flavored in the back and offered it up in a kid sized cup. It was just what he needed, soft and very yummy. It soothed his gums and he fell asleep on the car ride home. We will definitely be back to this location!!! Ten thumbs up!
