First off it’s not really what was said but more of how it was said. I called because I had placed an order and they took out the money twice. The only reply that’s got from the store was “your card didn’t go through”. Which is insulting and embarrassing only for them to call the next day after I hung up because they have found my order and still wanted to know if “ I wanted it or not “. The exact word of your manager. Then I wrote the name of the person picking up but she has to write out my name on a piece of paper because you can’t pronounce it? Never again
This place is amazing!! Chole provided excellent customer service! She took care of all my Valentine's gifts!
I ordered the lemon bunt cake and pecan praline bunt cake! The cakes are very moist and presentation and prices are very reasonable! Very good! I have been twice, and plan to go back!
My 1st time ever going was Friday. I was greeted nicely.I got the chocolate chip and blueberry bliss. I was expecting more out of the chocolate chip cake to have more chocolate and chocolate chips. But it was OK. But the blueberry bliss was fire it was so delicious.
I've never had a Bundt cake before. It was delicious and the staff was very friendly
