I’m in from out of town and had a craving for a donut and i happened to stumble upon duck donuts. And oh my goodness it was a wonderful surprise. The donuts were outstanding, the staff was friendly and helpful, and I am going to make it a point to come here every time I make it back into town.

All I can say is WOW!!! This place is my new go to spot. Coffe is great. Donuts are amazing ud83eudd29ud83eudd29ud83eudd29. Prices are worth it!!! Staff was friendly. Facility was clean. And it o my takes about 5 minutes for a custom dozen donuts. Cant beat that. I will be back!! No photos this time but will post next time.

I started to give only one star but because the young lady who took my order on tonight was so sweet I gave it two stars! The two workers who was preparing the donuts was completely unprofessional! They was playing and joking around while customers was waiting on their food! They had four orders to complete (including my own) and they took their time playing around! I have never seen employees playing like children in the work place! Something has to be done!

Great donuts, reasonable pricesnnRecent update: so Covid is understandably making it difficult for everyone. However, my order was incorrect three times and we ended up leaving with it still incorrect.nThe person who was on the phone was extremely rude. Not to mention we waited 40+ minutes for a dozen donuts and I had to call them back to ask if they were done. Upon being told that they were done, I was abruptly told to just pull up and I was hung up on. I honestly didn’t have the chance to ask any additional questions I had. Overall, I will not be going back nor will I be recommending to friends. The donuts were all cold by the time I picked them up (we were already waiting in the parking lot at the moment, and had been doing so, therefore it was only a few seconds between the phone call and pulling up.)

I was told about this place and had to try it. It's a family owned donut shop with the most tasty, delicious, fresh made donuts you can imagine. I tried the Oreo cookie donut as well as the maple bacon. Both were delicious!
