Friendly customer service. We needed assistance in the wire cutting area and the gentleman was very nice and helpful.
This was the worst experience I have had with a Lowe's Home Improvement Store. It was more like a social party then a place of business. I ordered my items online that morning and when I got there that evening it was still not fulfilled. This Lowe's was the only one that had the amount of the items I needed so I had to drive 1 1/2 hours to get there. The pickup customer service agent had attitude the moment I walked up and the supervisor was upfront socializing and offering employee's to go home because there was nothing to do. If there was no work to be done why was my order still not filled from 5 hours ago?? Disappointed customer!!!!

clean, loaded with Christmas items! Pretty during the holidays. Looks like a great big wonderful wonderland!nThe staff will help you when you ask. I do a lot of paint buying. The staff at the pain aisle are really knowledgeable.
Absolutely NO regular register was open in the entire store! All purchases and returns had to be made at one single register at the returns desk. Line was backed all the way up and took forever to check out. Had I not absolutely not needed the parts I got, I would have walked out! Then had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to donate my change... No! My advice: Go to another Lowes or Home Depot.
