My experience in working with Keith Barnes and associate Bill at Roses Flooring and Furniture on Whiteville, NC has been excellent. They are both professional, knowledgeable and personable. The store is clean and they aim to offer the best of customer service.
I’ve only been in Roses a couple times because it’s not a store I am usually even around but I want to say I am definitely so thankful for that store and the workers there they have helped me so much and had such a kind attitude about it. Every time I go Isaiah is very friendly and I’m not sure if it’s even his apartment but he always seems to help me with whatever I need and never has an attitude about it. That’s definitely hard to find workers with ethics like his. I want to say thanks to the store and this young man for being a great sport, worker, and all our nice person. I hope he continues to lighten people’s days and I hope everyone in the store gets a chance to meet him.
I went to Roses on a limb. Wasn’t sure what I was going to find. Scott the department manager was vary helpful. I was looking at some vinyl flooring, I couldn’t figure out what to get. He was able to help me come to a decision. He was vary knowledgeable of the product. Will definitely go back! Thanks Scott for the help !
I rarely go to roses but when I do, there is always great customer service! I went to look at the rugs one day and this guy Isaiah helped me search for one. Although I didn’t find the right rug, he did provide all his attention and service to help me look for one. I’ll definitely come back once I make up my mind!ud83dude02
