I can honestly say that my experience with Badcock was outstanding! The customer representative was very helpful and polite. I had the opportunity to meet one of the sale representatives name Angel and in my opinion she was an Angel. As soon as I walked through the door I was properly greeted with a smile. The whole time when I was looking around if I had any questions or concerns about the furniture & it material's Mrs. Angel was right there! I didn't have to look around the whole store to find her or someone for help. The customer service was unbelievable! It took Mrs. Angel no time to get me in the system and ready for my furniture. I can honestly say that I was treated with dignity and respect. She actually took the time out to understand & get to know what I liked instead of trying to ignore me & con me into buying something I didn't like. To my Badcock family I will highly recommend my family, friends, & people who I don't even know to give you all the opportunity to serve them. I thank you all very much & it has been a blessing to meet & do business with you.nYou all please feel free to visit Badcock in Whiteville where you get treated & greeted like somebody.
