I needed a new sofa and my list of requirements was extensive. I wanted a certain size, including length, seat height and depth. Amanda, the store manager, researched their catalogues and sent me a list of possibilities. She included pictures and measurements of each. She (and coworker Drew) then worked with me on style, cushion filling, legs, side pillows, fabrics. They were patient, helpful and nice to work with. They also have a very nice selection of furnishings in the store. I cannot say enough good things about the service. Have not gotten my sofa yet, but know it is going to be just what I need.
