I love cold stone but not this location. Came in about 15 minutes before they closed and received the worst customer service. I wasn’t greeted when I entered and they guy who fixed my ice cream only opened his mouth to say “let me know when you are ready”. I was already ready when we walked in. He was cleaning the wall when he said that and then when I told him I was ready he didn’t wash his HANDS AT ALL. Instead, he started to fix my ice cream right away. Absolutely disgusting. I won’t be visiting this location anymore.

First time I've visited this store and I was thoroughly disappointed. When I walked in, despite there being three employees right behind the counter, I was greeted by no one. No employee spoke to me until after I asked for help. I purchased five small truffles and was shocked it cost over $9. Also, the cashier said nothing to me. Aside from that, the chocolates weren't very good at all. It's almost like they were gritty? I've had so much better from other chocolate shops in Asheville. Just kinda meh and not at all worth it. Definitely won't be going back or recommending this shop to anyone.

I pick up my cake to day I love it this is 4 time I got cake from them not over phrist berry good cake love them many many different designs to pick from.I wish I can post a pic I love the cake I will recommend any one I know to get the ice cream cake from them.I love my cakes thank you. You are awesome cake makers.

Owner please Read your reviews and make the needed changes to be a better business. Lots of bad reviews for a reason.nnStaff were rude and very impatient. Nothing happy about the customer service. Been here several times. Disappointed. Ice cream was decent. Training is needed. Need staff that want to work and deliver better service.

Sucks. I never go in there. I was next door at Brix Pizza which is great.
