Great food and friendly staff. Be prepared to wait in a long line if you go at lunch time. I love that the nutritional information for the beverages is printed right on the drink cup. So you can see how much sugar is in your glass depending on your beverage choice at the self serve beverage station.
OK location the staff are usually friendly. But they are slow as molasses with delivery or to go orders. If you order to go or delivery be prepared to wait longer than it should take. Fellow dashers beware you will have to wait 5 to 10 mins past the time it says the order should be ready.
I am disappointed every time I go. I will not make the mistake again. Today is buy a dozen bagels for the price of half dozen. At 8:03 they had 3 kinds of bagels. Chocolate chip, asiago and everything. The manager was at the cash register taking care of people and filling orders while another employee was rubbing her boyfriends back and another standing and talking to them. There was a line to the door. When I asked if that was all the bagels they had they said yes very casually and said they will probably make some that will be ready around 10????? seriously?? If this is locally owned, I wish someone else would buy it.
My first time eating here and it was delicious. I got the chicken teriyaki bowl and my daughter got the Mac and cheese. She ate every bit of it. Will definitely be back!
Worst experience ever. Waited in drive through 17 minutes. Got home with order Turkey Bacon Avocado, had no bacon, no avocado and 1 thin piece of turkey. Turkey Bravo had no bacon and 1 thin piece of turkey. Chicken Teriyaki Bowl had dried out over cooked chicken and some mush for vegetables. Not worth $30.00. Will not return to the Hendersonville location.
