When I made my order, nearly minutes later Neil called to let me know it wouldn't be a few weeks until the desk I was looking for would make it in, talked me through options I could go with instead, and I got a fantastic desk in my room HOURS later!! From the easy online ordering to the awesome customer service to the point of delivery (they brought it all the way up to the third floor!) this place will forever have my business for furniture needs. 100000/10 would recommend!!

Wanted to buy some furniture locally for my new place because I like supporting local businesses and pretend I'm sticking it to big corporations. However, the lack of customer service here turned me away. First, no one was wearing masks. I figured they would put it on once customers came in but that was not the case. In my opinion, that is disrespectful not only to the customers, but to the American lives that have been lost due to covid19. Against my better judgment, I stayed since I could socially distance while looking at the furniture. No one bothered to make any recommendations or help me with my search. It was like I was invisible. Maybe they only like certain types of customers, if you know what I mean. I was ready to support this business but they went out of their way to turn away good money. I will search for another local business to support.

Legs of one of my sofa broke. It was assembled by the professional from the shop. When I told the owner, he assured me to get me replacement. Owner kept telling me to ask the next week and it never happened.nFew weeks later, I went to the store and bought a recliner. The owner said that he will send the replacement leg along with new recliner, never happened.nProducts may not last a long time.nnCustomer service is poor.
