We were in Meridian Lowe's, stopped an employee, Michael, to ask if they stocked tire chocks. Michael took us to where they should be and they weren't there. We figured Lowe's didn't stock auto supplies so no big deal. Later Michael tracked us down in another aisle and he had found the chocks and brought them to us! Great customer service! Thank you Michael, you've restored our faith in Lowes.

You never know what type of experience you will have here. I have had good and bad experiences. Sometimes if you need help, someone is there. Other times it will take awhile to find someone. In general, the customer service is not friendly here and are not focused on the customer. You will be checking out and some of the workers will be talking back and forth not about the job, but about this or that. They have no sense of etiquette! Every now and then you will come across a rare diamond who works at Lowes that is knowledgeable and is amazing in every way. It is a hit or miss when you go here.

Few if any knowledgeable staff. No buggies or carts. Store manager seems to not care about how his store looks or the staff they employee since staff is never able to be found. The lumber cashier's during the week are the saving grace. They are knowledgeable and quick.

The Meridian Lowe's Associates were very helpful!! They stopped their scheduled job duties to help me find the utility shelves. Today three Associates helped me. One Associate. Zach even got on a riser to find a upside down box on one of the highest store shelves, that he thought was utility shelves and IT WAS!! My phone and his phone said that eight boxes of this utility shelves were in the store, but he found one!!! I needed two of these shelving units, but I felt very good that the Associates stopped their busy routine to help a loyal customer!!!
