I wanted to give Tim at Madison St store a five star review for going outa his way before and after the sale Tim is a good role model for customer service in today’s world you see very few people that will go above and beyond the role of salesman keep up the outstanding customer service Tim you will go a long way in life doing what you do, Thanks Jeff and Amanda Berube.
The sales associate is wonderfully nice...ty for the great service afterwards. The delivery was easy and fast.
Told me they would come between 3pm to 7pm to deliver my furniture it’s now 8:33pm and no one has called or showed up and it’s unsafe to come to someone’s house at that time of night they should deliver first thing Sunday morning if not I will call corporate this is the second time Badcock has done this
