Lovely we stayed here two nights while my mother was in the hospital after driving 12 hrs from Nc to get some good old southern hospitality eased some of my stress from having to leave my kids in the room while I visited my mother and the breakfast was the best my kids want to come over back
I got good sleep on a comfy bed. The fridge n AC didn't make noise... big bonus. Only thing I was a bit weirded out by is housekeeping broke the well-known golden rule never to touch the occupants stuff. I'm sure she ment well but why would you wanna pick up my dirty socks n underwear?
Great place to stay. Room and bed were very comfortable.
Super nice and clean room didn't have hot water for a shower tho
Receptionist was very rude. When hotwire called to verify my reservation she refused to answer the phone for over an hour and a half. She would let it ring and insist that we pay a gain for our rooms at their rates. After finally answering the phone she cursed at the hotwire rep and hung up on him. I will call the corporate office about this monday morning. I've been using holiday inn and Express for all my work related and pleasure travels. I will never spend another dime and tell all others in my trade about this. This simply isnt how you run any business
