Rudest ppl on earth, especially the guy who’s taking the payments, he talks to you like you’re a worthless person, he doesn’t even look at you when talking.nHe really hates his Job and his life from what I see.

Very Bad experience, they dont have a good customer service, and it's very clear that they dont care about the people that are walking in.nThey don't try to help, very rude people, very sad.

Have you ever felt like you were unwanted by a person? Or put in all the effort you have into one thing to not be recognized for the efforts given? Well let me present to you the one place that makes all of these feel like those are great things to experience. Wait times are beyond humane, i felt like ive lost 5 years of my life waiting for what should be 10 minute process dragged out to 2 hours because they fully believe in the hurry up and wait system. Youll show up at 8am and be done by 8am the next day and still have to come back. Avoid at all costs

Rude employees and zero customer service. I drove 2 hours to go to the Salvadorian Consulate in Boston and was denied services because the lady in charge of dual citizenship had inventory to do and didn't want to help me finalize the dual process. I had all the proper documentations and their website doesn't state hours they can and cannot help you. Call before you make the drive to Boston.

If i could give this place zero stars I would, the costumer service if awful, the employees are rude, when you call they hang up on you, its horrendous. I would much rather drive the extra 3.5 hours to new york.Its not worth your time.
