So let me understand..... its impossible to schedule an appointment online unless you are willing to wait 6 months by then you rather fly to Brazil and get the documents there! Phone? forget about it, no one answers and so is walk ins! This is crazy no wonder why this country is the way it is. Sad! Good Luck
