They were not open when on the internet said they were. Total waste of time!. Also their hotline doesn't work, they never pick up the phone. Terrible customer service!

This is very frustrating. No one answers the phone and the security downstairs do not let you in without being in the list. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Horrible service... Iv been trying to contact the embassy since 10;30m am. And so far no luck, I've called hundred of time and no answer.

I have a really good experience. I was afraid because of the bad reviews I saw. The front desk secretary was very friendly she answered all my questions and was really polite. I went to get my children passports and everyone was really helpful and the process was quick and smooth. Great service!!
